Mom, I’m just joking about the drinkr thing.
I’m not sure this is a good medium for a coffee morning roundup, but it’s worth a shot. I like the drawings, though. And take a look at Katie Chatfield’s Get Shouty blog. She’s hilarious.

Why the hell are you an AE?
You do know you have two LFB 4’s, don’t you?
What ‘chu talkin’ bout, dad? Actually, you caught me.
Paul: not sure. Easier than putting a book together, I think.
I’m with Paul … are you trying to blur the lines on us? What is going on in agencyland? I am sure there is a box that you are supposed to be sitting in
Howdy Clay. Thanks for the lerve- it was a fun morning, wasn’t it. We should do it again soon and see if we can rope in some influential Chi-town bloggers who can give you that boost up the ladder.
Gavin - That’s the story of my life. For better or worse, I can’t really live inside of a well-defined area. I’m sure it pissed-off my parents, significant others, coaches and bosses over the years, but that’s just me. Though I do color inside of the lines. Ultimately I hope to find some way to become a creative generalist, where my job description allows for some freedom. I’m close right now, but it’s just because I work at a really small shop and I have to stretch from time to time. It’d be nice if agencies could structure themselves in a way to allow for this (and I’m not talking about planners here, necessarily). I have no idea yet how that would work, but I’m thinking about it.
Katie - Yeah, it was fun. I love those things, especially when we don’t talk about marketing in a direct way. It’s much more fun to leave inspired to figure out problems than to discuss the actual problems you encounter, yeah?
